WHAT CAN ARA OFFER TO VENDORS?
ARA Endorsements: As an Endorsed Vendor the immediate impact in the Atlanta Market with over 1,000 independent operators, ARA preferred vendor will have exposure to a vast market share.
Space: Shelf space is a key area for any merchant, ARA will establish the space need to assist a vendor to promote their products
Promotions: ARA marketing programs will have an immediate impact as we use many different levels of marketing from Posters, Newsletters, Field MSR’s and text, email & voice messages to emphasize a program.
Exposure: ARA uses many levels of Marketing to promote the Endorsed Vendors through Newsletter, Website and Member Support Representatives in the field.
Newsletter: The newsletter is a publication which is distributed to all ARA members that not only covers industry and trade association news but also includes industry tips and trends beneficial to the members
Spanner Board: Spanner Board is used by ARA to run exclusive promotions from ARA preferred vendors
Town Hall Meeting: This Meeting is held to inform the ARA membership of market changes, new contracts and other projects
Annual General Body Meeting: The Annual General Body Meeting is an annual event where the ARA Body, Membership and Vendors come together to network and enjoy the festivities
Website: ARA website is a marketing tool and a bridge to communicate to ARA members, vendors and inform the general public the ARA platform
Compliance Director: The Compliance Director is a member of the team that enhances and enforces the programs adapted by ARA Board
Member Services Staff: ARA has developed a Member Services Department that bridges the lines of communication between vendors and ARA members
Territory Development Managers (Field Merchandisers): ARA Territory development managers visit ARA member stores to discuss vendor contract requirements, promotions and to ensure compliance with approved ARA contracts
POTENTIAL VENDORS
If you are interested in becoming an ARA endorsed vendor, please read the following:
Submit a vendor application along with a proposal via mail providing your company profile, including product specifications, rates, ARA Benefits, discounts to ARA Members, references, current clients/customers, contact information and any other relevant information.
Once your proposal is received, it will be reviewed by our Marketing & Promotions Team.
If approved the ARA will get in touch with your company to initiate discussions. Assuming a mutually beneficial agreement is reached, a contract will be executed to that effect with your company.
